    Imsil N Cheese “Stretch Your Cheese”

    A signature program of the Imsil N Cheese Festival, where participants stretch and taste string cheese along the 1,000-meter perimeter of the Cheese Theme Park.

    Cheese Production: Imsil Cheese Cooperative – String Cheese 50M × 18 boxes × 2 lines (per round)

    A participatory program where a 1,000-meter string cheese is stretched and completed at once, carrying wishes for health, love, happiness, and a prosperous life.

    Imsil N Cheese Dessert Fondue Experience

    A hands-on program where participants can experience and taste cheese using 200KG of aged cheese.

    Participation Fee: Advance 3,000 KRW On-site 5,000 KRW Dress Code: O

    Participation Fee: Advance 3,000 KRW / On-site 5,000 KRW

    A large-scale participatory program where citizens can easily enjoy tasting and experiencing fondue made with 200KG of aged cheese (Up to 10,000 participants over 4 days)


    Fondue Equipment: 2 large fondue machines (500KG capacity each)

    Dress Code: Yellow outfit, sanitary gloves


    1. After recruiting participants, grind aged cheese and put it into the large fondue machines
    2. Dip Imsil local specialties, bread, cherry tomatoes, eggplants, etc. into the fondue
    3. Eco-friendly containers will be used

    National Representative Imsil N Cheese Large Rice Pizza

    A large-scale rice pizza-making experience where visitors can enjoy a multi-sensory experience using Imsil N Cheese, following recipes from professional chefs.

    Participation Fee: Advance 7,000 KRW On-site 10,000 KRW Dress Code: O

    Professional Chef: Fabri

    Participant Recruitment: Advance and on-site registration

    Dress Code: Yellow outfit, sanitary hat, sanitary gloves


    1. After registering participants, families make pizzas following Chef Fabri's recipe

    2. Completed pizzas are arranged in a large rice pizza formation on tables

    3. Performance of pizza toppings including onions, bell peppers, and cheese

    4. Participants exchange number tickets and taste the pizza after cooking

    Imsil N Cheese Aged Cheese Rolling & Tower Building

    An event promoting healthy Imsil N Cheese aged cheese, where participants roll cheese and build towers to find hidden pure gold inside the aged cheese.

    Special Stage

    October 8 (Wed) ~ October 12 (Sun) 11:00~12:30


    Participant Recruitment: Advance and on-site registration

    Cheese Models: 100 pieces

    Safety fences installed on the lawn plaza


    1. Event divided into Adults / Kids categories (rolling areas separated)

    2. Groups of 20 roll cheese on the lawn; only participants who knock down the bowling pins under the stage qualify for the pure gold lucky event (50 participants per session)

    3. After cheese rolling, open capsules inside the aged cheese on stage to find the pure gold (2 don per day, total 10 don over 5 days)

    4. Participants who do not find the pure gold will receive a souvenir cheese

    5. Tower building competition (fastest stacking); winner receives a cheese souvenir

    Imsil N Cheese Ekklo Parade

    A large-scale parade featuring Imsil N Cheese, offering sights and entertainment. The parade involves local performance groups as well as residents and tourists.

    Main Route of Imsil Cheese Theme Park

    Parade Composition: Lead Cart (Character) → Marching Band → Mascots, Clowns, Unicycles → Parade Car (Father Ji Jeong-hwan) → Cheese Fairies (10) → World Culture Performance Groups (10) → Cheese Parade Car (Peach) → Imsil Pilbong Nongak → Cheese Carts

    Resident Participation Parade: Local kindergartens, schools, and organizations participating by application

    Performances stop along different sections for entertainment: world cultural performances, cheese fairies, marching band, etc.

    Imsil N Cheese Auction

    An auction event where visitors can taste and purchase Imsil N Cheese, representing Korean cheese, at affordable prices.

    1. Host-led auction event: Cheese auctions conducted through quizzes, rock-paper-scissors, and other games

    2. Cheese experts simultaneously explain Imsil N Cheese products

    3. Any auction proceeds exceeding the product cost will be donated
