    • Cheese ingredient testing (samples to arrive 3 days before the show - execution of cheese ingredient testing)

    • Judging Method: Total sales and evaluation by judging committee
    • Sales Challenge: Assessment of total sales amount during event
    • 4th-day sales before the evaluation of judges at 15:00 will be added to total sales
    • Eligibility: Members of food truck cooperatives
    • Selection: 4 teams will be selected among applicants for the finals
    3. Star Chef Cooking Class

    • Talk-show style stage set-up to communicate with the audience
